Relleno de papa

Relleno de papa are a traditional Spanish fried food.They are potatoe balls with meat in them. We love them! I have helped my granma make these for years and decided to make them alone for the first time in my life. I must say they came out wonderful. I just thought I would share this with you because I'm very proud of myself. I feel like a piece of my fantastic grandma will always be around even G-d forbid the day she passes.
